Keynote Speakers & Session Descriptions:

Dr. Deborah Gilboa
From Stressed to Resilient: How to Help Clients, Colleagues and CEOs to Navigate Change

Session 1: 10:30am ET

Change doesn't stop. Leaders are tasked with announcing and implementing change despite the struggles they (and their teams) face. Deborah Gilboa, MD (Dr. G), internationally respected Resilience Expert and family physician, will uncover the role stress is playing in human reaction, and provide evidence-based strategies to overcome that stress, and draw out collaboration in even the toughest of situations. Dr. G will identify the skills that each individual has that makes them resilient, and outline ways to help customers, colleagues and even their own bosses build competence for all the change that lies ahead.

Tony Chatman
Beyond Diversity: Creating an Inclusive Culture

Session 2: 12:00pm ET

The business case for diversity can not be denied. Study after study shows that increasing diversity gives organizations a competitive advantage. Yet for many organizations, not only do they not experience the desired benefits of diversity, they end up with more conflict, morale issues, and accusations of unfair affirmative action decisions. The truth of the matter is that diversity when not properly managed or obtained can have damaging effects. What if we could create a culture where diversity equity and inclusion are embedded throughout your entire organization? A culture where everyone feels valued and respected? Where everyone is engaged? Diversity can no longer be just an initiative. It has to be something that is embedded within an organization’s culture.

Darcy Luoma
Be a Thoughtfully Fit Boss: The Power of Asking Questions in an Era of Burnout

Session 3: 1:30pm ET

Do you find it difficult to connect with your employees in the era of in-person, in-zoom, and insane work environments? Has overwhelm become the primary emotion in your team? If so, this session is for you. Explore the difference between coaching and mentoring, and learn how coaching questions can help you better connect with your colleagues and motivate your employees. Learn six essentials to asking questions that add a spark to your conversations, even when you’re feeling burned out. Leave with a playbook that’ll help you navigate any conversation thoughtfully.

Want to Keep Employees? ReHumanize Your Workplace

Session 4: 3:00pm ET

Does your organization unknowingly perpetuate employee suffering and drive people away? There are practices, long considered normal in many companies, that are now seen as antiquated and inhumane, yet many leaders remain in the dark as to what has changed. In this compelling program, Joe Mull reveals the entrenched beliefs and harmful policies that workers have endured for years, are renouncing today, and that must be eradicated before a company has any hope of finding and keeping devoted employees.
